First we've to get familiar with the pricing around the areas we're looking for..than narrow down to which areas in specify we want..follow by other budget and which floor we're looking at...there's alot of disagreement in our preferences..as a very very impatience person..is like almost all those house we view I'm in love with..haha but i do at times goes against my hubby's opinion...
Than finally agreed on a unit but gotta prepare for alot of docunmentation, even though alot of it was handle by the agent..but count ourselves unlucky...there's some problem with the inspection, other than that, the whole schedule was being delay due to the seller personal issue...
From signing the first paper during Oct '06 to Jan '07..we've only gotten our keys during end of Jan...and since is our biggest investment, we wanted thing to be as gd as possible..so we hired the Feng Shui Master to have a look at our house (ning ke xin qi you bu ke xin qi wu)..was told the best date to start renovation was only on 23 Feb '07. So we waited....
Finally after the long wait..our interior designer can finally start to product his "master piece"...
